Personal Trainer/Spinning Instructor - Lance has earned Associate of Science degrees in both Exercise Science and Emergency Medical Science from Columbus State and Central Ohio Technical College. In addition, he holds personal training certifications from The American Council of Exercise, The National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He brings a thorough understanding of the body and how it operates gained during his 4 years as an EMT.

Lance takes a holistic approach to training, helping his clients live healthier lifestyles outside the gym. He takes pride in helping each client design an individualized program that meets their specific needs. He is an expert in recognizing muscle imbalances and helping correct them to improve normal, everyday functions. Specializing in resistance training, plyometrics, body building and power training. If cardiovascular training is your goal, he also teaches spinning classes.

Wanting to greatly expand his portfolio, Brad Howe gathered an investment team to purchase 2,200 acres of the Bob Evans Hidden Valley Ranch in Gallia County. This purchase made Brad one of the largest landowners in the area.

In addition to his dual degrees from Capital University, Brad Howe has obtained his Series 7 License and Life, Health, Property and Casualty Insurance Licenses. He also received the Series 63 Blue Sky Law designation.
